Reply · 3 · Like · Follow Post · 38 minutes ago Victoria Lamb Hatch · Top Commenter Those who read the background check amendment know that A) it would not affect transfers between family members, B) it would not affect UNADVERTISED sales between friends (if you advertise your weapons for sale or exhibit them in a gun show, you've become an unlicensed dealer), C) it would not create a national registry, and D) it would close the gun show and Craig's List loopholes by making unlicensed dealers follow the same rules as licensed dealers.
