I think the (R)'s that run the place just uncritically took the lying plant's word that there was no danger. They had NO IDEA that the plant was storing 270 TONS of explosive ammonium nitrate there, because they are supposed to report to DHS when they store more than 400 LBS there, and had not done so. That's what (R)'s opposed to regulation, wanting to keep gummint off the backs of the "job creators" do.

"Well this is a nice change of pace! For once, a GOP newsletter has made its own news not by printing pictures of watermelon patches on the White House lawn, or calling for beheading Democrats, but by switching it up and calling for people to shoot fellow Republicans! We do get tired of writing the same thing over and over, so thanks, Benton County, Arkansas, GOP newsletter!

After explaining that hey, Dems gotta do what Dems gotta do, so he does not feel the hungering need to make them “bullet backstops,” Chris Nogy ideates on the fun and carnage that could be had shooting his fellow Republicans:

The 2nd amendment means nothing unless those in power believe you would have no problem simply walking up and shooting them if they got too far out of line and stopped responding as representatives. It seems that we are unable to muster that belief in any of our representatives on a state or federal level, but we have to have something, something costly, something that they will fear that we will use if they step out of line. If we can’t shoot them, we have to at least be firm in our threat to take immediate action against them politically, socially, and civically if they screw up on something this big. Personally, I think a gun is quicker and more merciful, but hey, we can’t.

But hey, we can’t. SAD FACE EMOTICON.

Oh, right, so why does Chris Nogy, writing in the Benton County, Arkansas, GOP newsletter, want to murder all his fellow GOPs?

You guys, I am sorry to have to shock you like this, but they approved NOBUMER’S Medicare expansion.

(Also, did you know Arkansas’s governor is a “Democrat Socialist”? We did not either. Is your Wonket a good politics blog, or the best politics blog???)

(Also, someone in their lege is a Green? Now they are just fucking with us.)

If Nogy didn’t say “second amendment” and “federal,” he could be writing for the Taliban Weekly, from Gitmo!
