No, what I'm saying is that the federal government is incapable of it. You could not get up in the morning without government. It's what keeps your life orderly. The federal government doesn't give a shit about children* and can only harm them (see: Department of Education).* Is there a distinction between fed gov and local government in your refined thinking process here?
