You're absolutely right. That's why we can't do anything about it. I do wish, however, that we could redefine immigration rules so we get people who actually make our country better, rather than put a tremendous demand on its resources, or worse, in our national security.

- Illegal Immigration is not defined in the Constitution.
- Discrimination on religious beliefs is defined in the Constitution.
