I hope we have yet to even see the run. I will consistently scale out and enjoy the cash build. I've been buying stocks for 43 years now ( I'm 61 this July). This is the first time I've had zero margin and have let my dividends build up reserve cash. I'm actually liking it so much,that before I risk my hard earned savings, it has to be a deal. I hope we go much higher and my cash reserves grow to be big problems.LOL If so I'll buy some farm land in Wisconsin and rent it to crop farmers. I will have my commercial building complete by this year end in Wisconsin - so hopefully that will add to the cash reserve build as well.
