Political positions and ideology are trumped by the greed factor....

"you do know it's not a tax credit don't you it's not dollar for dollar."

The tax credit is not dollar for dollar (this is where inflated valuations come in) and any shortfall is made up for by the notoriety factor.

Oh, what a wonderful human being s/he is!

Makes me cringe when I see a building being named after someone...I wonder how they obtained the loot.
