I watched it. Like I said, very limited selection and there aren't very many guys that walk around with rifles ln their shoulders selling offering a fair market price. The ATF requires anybody that sells more than 5 firearms a year to get a dealers license requiring a background check. Bet you didn't know that. They consider anybody that sells more than 5 to be in the business of selling guns. That's right and you can look it up. They prosecute people for it. It's called selling firearms without a license.

CNN found NO private sellers at the first show they went to. Like I said it's almost 100% licensed dealers that with a background check. CNN grossly overpaid for all the guns. They bought a worn out S&W .40 caliber that the seller clearly stated was used. CNN paid a new gun price. Also CNN tried to confuse the viewer at the 3 minute point by blurring the lines between the rifle being bought and rifles used by the military. They are not the same thing. Also CNN looked stupid in thinking .223 and 5.56 are different weapons. They are the exact same. CNN at least showed them denying them as out of State but the seller should of said, I can have the gun shipped to your FFL in your own State. Maybe he did. Dealers try to make $50 a gun. It's a low margin business and making $50 isn't worth going to jail for with an ATF sting so they don't do it. ATF goes to shows and runs stings.
