How could CS management be 'fat and happy' if the market grew by 200% while they remained flat. They must have noticed and put some internal programs in motion. My concern is that they engage in massive resructuring and writedowns, my HOPE is that their purchase and integration of external technologies will have a positive impact on the bottom line in a few quarters. Their competitors ahve all bought other weaker companies and are having digestion problems.

Go CS..

CS' P/E is less than 10 and its P/S less than 2. It is only 1/3 of its industry average(that explains why it hits four year low while its market segment has grown almost 200% in the same period). CS should be at least as good as any average company in its industry. How low do you think it should fall from here?

On the other hand, if CS can fix its problems or it is acquired by big guys, it should be purchased at a fair value of about $30~$45. I bought CS at $15 3/4 just based on above analysis. I believe I will make some nice profits on it.
