ENZN - one thing to evaluate with liquidations is the closing-shop overhead. It is usually larger than people expect. OTOH if Klarman is in it, perhaps he did the DD. ;)

Personally, I usually don't handle these kind of situations well. It's one thing to buy a going (growing :)) concern - even if bad things happen, there is a chance that company will recover in the future. With liquidations if bad things happen, that's it, you lost it there is no second chance. Not saying this will happen with ENZN, but I've had bad experience(s).
