One vote per person...and laws come from the outcome. Next time your side wins enough to undo all this stuff you hate....well, you fill in the rest.

'My side' will never win the White House again, barring a revolution, or a major reawakening.

We have finally reached the tipping point beyond which a genuine conservative cannot gain the White House, thanks to (1) the number of people now depending on government assistance (which has grown exponentially over the past 4+ years, for which the government has reduced the requirements, and for which they are now advertising for new recruits to the entitlement roles), (2) the unabated invasion across our southern borders (the majority of whose members support leftist policies), and (3) the ease with which massive voter fraud is now committed.

So we conservatives either have to work tirelessly toward a major reawakening (among a populace that appears to be intent on remaining ignorant and apathetic), or we simply have to suck it up and prepare for the worst.

So, do the direct quotes Simplicity listed from the people who created our country not cut any ice with you at all? Do you presume to have the depth of understanding of what makes countries great that those people did?

Does it not defy all logic to believe that a government can redistribute the wealth of the workers to the non-workers on a sustainable basis? I just don't see how a person can look objectively at it and say, "Gosh, this will work!"

We have a productivity crisis in this country. There are too many people taking and not enough working. It is just too easy to get handouts for people to want to work. It should be obvious to you that this is a recipe for disaster. If, on its face, you can't see that, then you should be able to look at the $100 Trillion PLUS in real debt the country has amassed.

Al,
One vote per person...and laws come from the outcome.
That's not a defense, that's a cop-out.

When the majority votes itself the public largesse, a democratic society cannot sustain itself.
