Dear Karl: I was the Corporate Controller once of a large Mobile Home manufacturer and once of our Subs (Windsor) used to tell dealers they had a 3 month wait if they ordered. Used to drive me nuts as we had no such backlog but it worked. Caused dealers to inventory more than they otherwise would. In TPRO's case I think it is important that they do whatever necessary to lock down the client as quick as possible. Perhaps the CD is sufficient to achieve that goal. JDN
