Should I rephrase it with single syllables or is that dumbed down enough for you? Like I said, those would no longer be sleeper cells, but comatose ones... Could there be some? Sure. But with bin Laden dead and none of the other affiliates doing those sort of operations, they don't have anyone to activate them. If there is anyone who knows they exist or how to contact them. If they did exist, odds are high they are documented in the records we took from bin Laden's compound. And that is a big if because even bin Laden didn't plan missions like that.
