Anybody can break the law at anytime and anybody willing to break the law can do anything at a gun show from kill somebody, to steal firearms, to assault somebody, to illegally buy a gun. I have no idea what point you are trying to make, but, it's illegal to make a sale to somebody that is not a resident of your State period that's why you have to check the IDs because as soon as you sell a firearm to somebody out of State you have made an interstate transfer which is illegal without an FFL transfer period. In fact CNN travelled to Georgia to buy firearms while not being residents of Georgia. They have documented on camera themselves committing felonious firearms purchases kind of like David Gregory illegally possessing a high capacity magazine on TV in DC.
