I'm unclear how the administration is going to blame GWB for the failure of FBI & CIA to catch these bombers before the fact, given Russia twice warned about them. Tonight, even Piers Morgan is almost critical -- forced into it by Baer who knows what he's talking about.

That is factually untrue. I just spent my afternoon with a not-for-profit voting on grants that help hire social workers and case workers to help them access these services. We wouldn't be spending our money and time on this if that weren't the case. But it is. I could probably show you plenty of statistics to back that up, but you wouldn't care.
