Dear Doc: Well, so far as I am concerned, until I learn differently I will assume they want it registered quickly (if that is the case) in order to trade it. For so long as its NOT registered it doesnt go into the float calculation (even though in per share data). An greater the supply (float) more likelyhood of stock not going up. If they were long termers seems to me they would not want to register right away. Anyhow, I really dont care one way or the other. If it goes down, I buy more, if it goes up I crow about what a great pick I made. Either way I'm happy. I have NO INTENTION of selling any of this stock any time soon. JDN
