The European Court of Justice is the EU's highest court. Its advocate general, Damaso Ruiz-Jarabo Colomer, had previously argued that a book criticizing EU financial policy was akin to extreme blasphemy, and thus not protected by free speech laws.

What can a group of advocate generals be expected to do, except pound their chests like impotent chimps at a rotten banana, like Land Shark below.

Liars/defamers should be sued and punished period. Contrary to your narrow beliefs, there are limits to free speech. Your supreme court has upheld limits of libel/slander. So you better be careful, bucko.

People who have an agenda coupled with a wreckless disregard to the truth, and in a slanderous/libelous fashion maliciously attack individuals (i.e. the scientists) should be denied certain freedom of speach.
