Cross Lake Minerals Ltd - Option to purchase 50% interest on Edwards property exercised Cross Lake Minerals Ltd CRN Shares issued 28188580 1997-12-03 close $3.65 Thursday Dec 4 1997 See Anvil Resources Ltd (ANV) News Release Mr James Lenec reports The company has exercised an option to purchase a 50% interest on the Edwards property in the Larder Lake mining division of Ontario by incurring cumulative exploration expenditures of $150,374.91. The option to purchase was granted to the company by Cross Lake Minerals and Cathedral Gold pursuant to an option agreement dated January 29 1996 as amended.
