The bond market has been great lately, so a little sell off today was nothing to wild. People seem to be loading up for a December rally and a January move.

The Trin was critical for a few short term trades today. We all knew the market would OPEN (not necessarily stay) down. The opening prints on most stocks were negative, dell down 1/2 or so, so on and so forth.

Yet what led me to be a buyer at the open was the TRIN and TICK. The TRIN opened at .99 which indicated that although declining issues were greater than advancing (since the market was opening down), the advancing volume greatly outweighed declining. As well the ticks were positive right after the open.

FOr a discussion of trin/ticks etc. go to www.yamner.com and then yamner univ. There are a few good articles in there.

Outside of that, no new news.
