"LBJ lied us into Nam and has a libe. " I used to work in his libe. You'd be amazed at how SMALL the Vietnam part of the library is. As if Vietnam was just a minor footnote to his presidency. Just a couple of display cases. I always felt that the giant atrium area should have a B-52 suspended from the ceiling, dropping naplam on a Vietnamese village below, maybe with perpetually burning children fleeing.

I know you are right wharfy and I missed it, but I still don't fell good about it. and am really outraged and don't know what is right. maybe he should have said: I am sick"-lol. I think either of us might have done that. It is like we should all be more outraged and involved. Outraged that we are 65th in the world in income inequality and we just sort of let it happen-how dd that happen without anyone noticing? Outraged we are not outraged at these drone attacks. Too many big wigs walking around free. The rule of law is being walked on and we are adapting to damn easily to abhorent behavior. It is like we are going backwards. The only two people in congress I really trust are Bernie and Elizabeth. Remember old Eric Fromms advice: "we are adjusting to neurosis too easily".
