He's simply correct that you're a true believer and will reject anything posted on the subject. From now until eternity you will always be able to find evidence on the web in favor of whatever twisted idea anyone has about anything. Of course there is plenty of evidence on the web in favor of catastrophic global warming and there is also evidence against. You have to weigh the evidence yourself. Most people are quite stupid and do not have the mental agility needed to form their own opinion. Of the remainder, a substantial number hide from the facts. They do this by only reading arguments written by their own side. In the climate arguments, they only go to the sites that already agree with them. Those sites do not try to argue the other side's points. Instead they ridicule them. If you actually want to make up your own mind on the significance and future of global warming you have to start reading the "evil" side. Along the way, be sure you keep reading the websites that feed you what you already believe. With the last 15 years of no warming, the evidence has clearly favored the other side. -- Carl
