Riley G ---------- NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y., Dec 5 - Araldica Wineries Ltd said Friday it appointed Bruce Kloss as president and chief executive officer in a realignment of management following the acquisition of seven companies, two of which are located in Italy and five in the United States. Thursday the company said it has completed the acquisition of Azienda Agricola Antogianni Srl, of Montefoscoli, a winery and vineyard located in central Tuscany, for $1.5 million in stock and cash. One of Araldica's founders, Frank Landi, has resigned as CEO and president to become the company's new director of corporate development and general manager of operations in Europe, the company said in a statement. The Antogianni operation was purchased from Paul Lego, the retired chairman of Westinghouse Electric Corp, who will shortly be joining Araldica's board.
