The only thing is if you really look at the stock price and chart, they tell you that someone is dumping a lot of shares. Look how the volume increased in sept and the resulting share price. I stated a couple of months ago when the volume increased and the price when down, some shares were comming on the market. From where? I don't know. They could be coming from a number of places.

To Ajay, I notice that you have been with SI since Aug of this year. How long have you been following OLEX? This April will be 2 YEARS for me. Listen to Taichi. He's been here for a long while along with Offie and others. We have heard everything that he laid out and where is the production/revs?

Barron, when a company doesn't tell the owners (that is US) about lawsuits that are going on with the company and saying that there is no legal actions, they are lying. Point blank. Don't try to go around that issue. The shareholders should know about them so they could make the decision for themselves. It makes some of us wonder what else is going on with the company that is not being revealed. About the share price and number of share: one of the things that interested me in the company was the low number of shares outstanding. I liked that because they could ramp up production and more would go to the EPS. We now have 4x or more the number of shares and no more revs than before. Now we are finding out that the previous cleaning methods didn't get the results and now they are going to have to drill. Which is costly and the share count will most definately increase. That is what we are not happy with.

Eric

P.S. No offense taken
