The problem here is that you are a bit nuts if you think that the Bill of Rights means we should not welcome the idea that the police will search door to door when a bomb throwing teenage terrorist murderer is hiding in a residential area. What the police did in Boston was good police work -- without rule of law and police to enforce the law then the Constitution is a meaningless piece of paper. Freedom requires law which requires police. Anarchy is not freedom.
