My take on March numbers..... Revenue I predicted to be $40 mil was $39.7......Impairment writeoff non-cash of $43 mil and BK prof fees of $2.4 along with abnormal depr / amort of couple mil and you had a company in March that made $8-9 mil income from operations....and total disbursements were within $2 mil of revenue, unlike last 6 months where disbursements were 10's of millions more than revenues. Huge huge progress....Salaries, G&A, Office & General, and other are all normalizing very quickly....many salaries have been cut out or reduced ....DIP lenders costs / fees have gone from millions to small amounts now that operations are normalizing under BK.....Add full month of revenue for April and I stand by my earlier prediction of $50 - $51mil and POSITIVE CASH FLOW.....AND addition to net equity of company overall....This is what they needed to show to keep going forward and stop a fire sale....I believe they have now shown and will solidify with April reports that they have stopped the bleeding and can operate with cashflow....Even though it will be a month before WE see the reports, the people that need to know, WILL know the basics within a few days after the end of the month and will be able to clearly see there is no further destruction of assets, rather I think a clear picture they can make it with a restructuring....Now we see the negotiating begin with bondholders and ORRI etc.... Sleep tight Shorty....Your gonna need your rest....Im buying more bonds tomorrow....THEY WILL GO HIGHER TOMORROW FOR SURE........
