On this issue I agree 100% -- the absolute and unequivocal evidence for corruption that goes to the core of our political system lies with the corrupt relationship between elected representatives and special interest groups -- bankers on the one hand are the money bags and the NRA on the other are noteworthy for their manipulation -- pure undiluted corruption of our system of government. But here on this thread we see another theme that sides many if not most here with the corruption of the NRA acting against the interests and wishes of the American people and even its own membership. The problem in America is not the police and the firefighters etc -- although they are far from perfect -- it is with the corrupt relations between special interests and politicians.
