Retail (store fronts) being replaced by Ecommerce. Building here for distribution centers is at all time high and backlogged for years... Majors have a lock on most retail and the likes of Amazon.com are changing how we buy stuff. Some cities are changing.. other not so much... All part of the progression UPS reported better than expected, rail up, trucking up.... Both lagging and leading... all pointing up.... My buddy's shipping carton business is continues to grow double digits...and he just sells boxes to ship stuff in.. ;) I'm uber bully on the future.... but I know I am the exception... ;) Off to the lake to finish my new deck and outdoor kitchen.... Love to build... Have a great weekend...
