Me too! And unless I'm mistaken, this HVSF patent question started as the result of a letter from us (VVUS) to them saying in effect that their delivery method infringed on our patent. Their response was to take it to court to get a determination. In other words, its an HVSF court action and we are the defendants. It makes sense that they would do this, because 1) they have nothing to lose because we'll sue them if they go to market, and 2) their stock is already beaten down partially because of patent concers.
