A few notes on bubble land
I already pointed out area homes are listing and selling fairly quick for 15-20% above year or two ago prices
Teardowns are seeping beyond the more affluent areas
Lots on new developers popping up
Numerous 7-10 year dormant commercial projects are being resurrected
Infrastructure projects going gangbusters
Yesterday I saw an underground utility search outfit training about 6 new employees
All in all, I'd say we've climaxed and there's a HUGE disconnect between Ben's mutant liquidity-driven bubble and the true economy
That being said, sure looks like they're once again fighting to keep the sheep grazing in the meadows of lush greenery
