Mr. Ross has more than 15 years in corporate development and marketing for junior mining and oil and gas companies. He is the founder/president of Opus 3 Consulting -- a successful corporate development firm based in Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Ross replaces John Watt who has stepped down to pursue other interests.
