I'm not worried about C)2. Once i worked as a park ranger at Pt. Conceptcion CA when it was opened up to oil exploration drilling. All the big boys had their drill platforms out there and on land and the same companies had their spies camped out in the park. It was funny. I would talk to them since they were the only campers in the park in mid winter. Shell spying on Exxon, Exxon spying on BP, etc. Anyway, the crude is so sweet that when they would hit a reservoir they could run their diesels straight off the oil.

My point....they told me they were just finding oil and had no intention of producing anything for decades. More content to drain the ME and keep American oil for when it was really needed.
