No -- so they can sidestep the consequences for those who cannot defend themselves -- starting with all the children that are getting smacked by the sequester -- if you want to protect somebody, start with the man in the suit and f.. the children -- they are powerless and can safely be screwed. But the man in the suit at the airport? He might complain about being inconvenienced, and we can't have that can we?
