Hi all, I am still holding , and wondering about the dip in price. How about we talk about the price; which is why we are here, isn't it? Where is the volume today? What was yesterdays volume? When can we expect to see the squeeze start? Does anyone think tax selling is affecting the price? DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MANY CARTEL MEMBERS ARE STILL HERE? To all: I believe that we are complaining about the wrong things. Whether or not Michael is in trouble with SEC/NASD should not be our concern -- the company following through on its statements should be. I sent an e-mail to the company yesterday expressing my displeasure over the lack of any news regarding the merger or the closing of the financing. I plan to send another one today. Maybe if enough of us do this, it will have some effect. Doug

I hold a 6 license and registered with the NASD. Does this mean I can't participate in public forums and offer my opinions on stocks? How do you know the NASD doesn't "see it that way." Have you talked to them? Are you close in your efforts to banish M.K. from SI? <<<His licenses, if he has any, are hanging in the wind!>>> I think that he has licenses(didn't Riley call his brokerage firm to complain)?
