Hi Hunter,

I'd like to take a moment and put a postivie spin on the recent flurry of posts.

First, I think a moment of perspective is required before SCRUFF's posts are described as "harassment." Now, Mr. Pink, that was harassment, and if you brouse the various threads both here at SI and AOL, particularly the latter, I think that you will find that SCRUFF's posts, though strongly spoken, are not in the same league by any stretch. I don't know SCRUFF but I was happy to see that he came out so bullish on fonix because it started another debate.

Personally, I like the debates because it helps me hear other arguments, whether I like hearing what I hear or not, and helps me to get a "reality check" as to how various segments of the market regard a given stock.

Admittedly, harassment is scary, annoying at best. But let me tell you what I consider scary...the type of posts you see on the RECY thread. Check it out. The slightest contrary view is either ignored or snuffed out. Now that is scary to me. It also indicates the possibility that it might make an excellent short if certain parameters click into place, which most of those people will be blind to when it happens.

This thread has had many differing and intelligent views. To Bob's credit he has contributed many intelligent views, and to put it bluntly, my account would look a whole lot better if I had taken his advice awhile back and had bought LHSPF before the MSFT announcement which is when he recommended it as a matter of course. And darn it, I had been following it for awhile and viewed it as a "broken stock." Isn't that what I said Bob on the LHSPF thread? "Broken stock." Wow, is that ever humbling!

Also to Bob's credit, and franco's credit, both engaged in a very interesting debate a short while ago about some fairly complex issues in regard to fonix. When I browse SI rarely do I see this quality of intelligence at work, reasoning out the picture as each person sees it.

It's about time, IMHO, that we saw some eBULLience on this thread, and SCRUFF, thanks for breaking in and doing that. Currently I am pessimistic about the price trend of fonix and your posts "slapped me upside the head" and made me think about fonix with less melancholia.

Hunter, it's just my opinion, but I just can't expect everyone I communicate with to be civil and appropriate to my standards. If I did expect that, I would miss out on quite a bit. And, darn it, even when the communication is remarkably civil and intelligent, I'm still capable of missing a fabulous opportunity, like the one in LHSPF.
