Well put! A similar situation happened to me a few years ago on one of the liberal threads, one of the posters said I must have grown up in some kind of lilly-white Leave it to Beaver school where I probably didn't know any black people and had no idea of the struggle they went through. Then I had the pleasure of telling him that I grew up in D.C. where over 90% of my class was black, and we were lower middle class. I was in fact a minority during my entire childhood.
