I pay nothing here in the UK. It comes out of the general government trough which is filled by rich people and their middle class apologists.

<half current US prices> I would settle for paying 20% less in a truly universal health care system. I currently have great insurance coverage -- over priced but pretty much as good as it gets. It just burns me that despite grossly overpaying, tens of millions get the shaft in America. There is no need for it and no justification.
