Dmf,
Intel could probably go after everybody who somehow misrepresented the "Pentium" but they have to draw the line somewhere. Saying a CPU is a "Pentium" when it isn't, is one thing but saying it's "Pentium Class" is another. Then you could get into an arguement and run up a bunch of Lawyer fees. You also run the risk of destroying your customers.
Intel likely has Lawyers that monitor this but concentrate on more pressing lawsuits and patent infringement stuff.
