Dmf, Intel could probably go after everybody who somehow misrepresented the "Pentium" but they have to draw the line somewhere. Saying a CPU is a "Pentium" when it isn't, is one thing but saying it's "Pentium Class" is another. Then you could get into an arguement and run up a bunch of Lawyer fees. You also run the risk of destroying your customers. Intel likely has Lawyers that monitor this but concentrate on more pressing lawsuits and patent infringement stuff. Jim
