Well...our views on the differences between the two parties are not the same. To me Republicans deal with "facts", while Democrats deal with "feelings". Such as "I feel your pain" and other rhetoric. Republicans deal with real numbers to support their positions. Democrats use "feelings", such as "that wouldn't be nice", or "we feel for that group of people".

There is a fundamental difference between liberals and conservative's: liberals, live their lives, by and large, using science and reason, while conservative's live by myth (religion) and script. Koan, koan, koan, how silly. The fundamental difference is that liberals want to control commerce and conservatives want to control behavior, by and large, for the most part. Either way it gets to the same bad end (IMO, at least for me). It appears that people are busy bodies by nature and this is a comfortable divide that cultivates problems and provides a very nice standard of living in Falls Church. ARS
