you have 2 low grade marginal situations that will probably never be built IMO
you need low grade low capex or high grade reasonable capex
the ones that will be built are the ones that moved up the most last week

Do you remember Northern Orion? Do you remember how big that project was? What the stock traded at in 2000-2001?
