Fake SSN's are common. As for "government issued ID" what is that? When liberals are opposing voter ID, they pretend loads of people have no ID.

If someone is here illegally, they cannot get a government issued ID and do not have a Social Security Number. Perhaps you should look into this a little more closely. In California, illegal aliens most certainly can get a government ID. And they can also get a tax ID number (though not an actual SS number).
