It all started under Bush of course. Or was it Reagan or Eisenhower. I forget. G
O'Bama has no choice (he doesn't know enough how to fix the situation) but to continue to appease Wall Street because they hold the keys to all the Pensions. If derivatives blow up then it's Katy bar the door. Wall Street knows they have the country by the short hairs AND they know how to profit along the way.
