The Fed isn't buying futures, they just print money to buy bonds
and MBS, but a lot of central banks are buying stocks directly to
offset devaluation of their dollar reserves. There is no guarantee
the Fed won't actually buy futures. They broke quite a few rules since
2008 crisis, and the current sugar high in stocks is definitely printing-rated.
