I dare you to heed your own advice Adam! Although, the last month or so has indeed left curious results, the position you recommend is much more likely to fail than succeed IMO.

Sooo, even if your not brave enough to put your money where your mouth is, let's keep a mental note of Adam's prediction and see where you end up in a month.

Adam - I'm in complete agreement.

You should definately Short BAY at current prices... I'd also suggest increasing your short position as it ratchets up... If possible borrow money from credit cards, home loans, and anywhere you can it order to have yourself fully inversted in a short position in BAY.
