There are ways around that, such as what has been described. You can also use the name and SSN of a dead person. Try googling false identity or second social security number and similar. Also if what you say is true how is that people have been convicted of receiving multiple SS Checks. I doubt the government is as efficient as you believe. This whole issue is very cloudy as we really don't know what is going on, which of course is caused by those who seem to think that they have a right to break our laws and come to America illegally and somehow we are supposed to accomodate them. lj
