But these are easily obtained as I mentioned. In any major city you can buy this stuff for nothing.

There is really no excuse for it. Walmart can track every piece of merchandise in every one of its stores; Harrahs knows every conceivable thing about any one of its players; and Google knows everything about everyone.

Only government could screw this up.
