You are loosing your train of thought here, as well as forgetting what is said. The IRS issues them ITIN's, Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers, which they use to pay taxes with. It is not the same as a SSN, and is readily distinguishable from a SSN by the numbers. As to your last part, so if some guys break into your home, beat you silly and take all your stuff, you shouldn't be able to do anything, since you were "conquered". Believe it or not, the same morality that guides how we treat individuals should guide how we treat societies. They are all made up of individuals. Or are you saying the near genocide of the American Indian was justified because they were "conquered"?

What was done to the american indians was not justified. There are many injustices done to a variety of groups throughout history. But it is absurd to hold people who are alive today, responsible for the sins of people 150-400 years ago.

My ancestors didn't own slaves. My ancestors didn't kill any indians, My ancestors didn't oust mexicans from the land. My ancestors came over (quite legally) well after all of that happened. Assuming that, because my skin is white, that I am somehow responsible for the wrongdoings of other white people is.....I know you are looking for the word......RACIST!

The IRS issues them ITIN's, Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers, which they use to pay taxes with.
You mean they use them to pay lower taxes with, don't you?

Created for tax purposes. The ITIN was created by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in July 1996 so that foreign nationals and other individuals who are not eligible for a Social Security number (SSN) can pay the taxes they are legally required to pay.

translation: They don't have to pay into SS with an ITIN, do they? (I don't know for sure, but I believe that's why it was created). If true, they are not paying for anyone's retirement as you claimed.

HOWEVER,

TIN holders are not eligible for all of the tax benefits and public benefits that U.S. citizens and other taxpayers can receive. For example, an ITIN holder is not eligible for Social Security benefits or the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). However, if that person becomes eligible for Social Security in the future (through legalizing his or her status, for example), the earnings reported with an ITIN may be counted toward the amount he or she is eligible to receive.

translation: If they ever become eligible for social security, they get to collect for money that they didn't actually pay into it. How sweet is that?

As to your last part, so if some guys break into your home, beat you silly and take all your stuff, you shouldn't be able to do anything, since you were "conquered"
The individual has the right to fight back and kill the intruder if necessary. Even more, the area he lives in has local law enforcement that is charged to help him protect his property. That's one of the benefits of living in our nation.

Or are you saying the near genocide of the American Indian was justified because they were "conquered"?
Another pitiful straw man based on something you know I didn't say. Nothing but self-defense is 'justified'. The Indians were conquered. That's a fact. It is what it is. Deal with it.
