"Just a guess....." more likely "Just wishful thinking with these clowns." Somebody ought to string PB up by his balls during a New England Ice Storm. The guy has been a fraud for years. You can make out well in bk situations when the fraud is discovered before the bk. In this case, it was finding the fraud after the bk. By fraud, I mean filing cash flow projections that are totally full of shit, misrepresenting present wells by not disclosing that they have crap stuck in one, and on, and on, and on. PB is guilty in my eyes of major securities violations. He deserves the cell next to Bernie Ebbers.
