Thanks, puts a mild dent in my strategy of long life Working Interest/Royalty Interest in oil wells that will be producing 15+ years from now, supplementing my social security. Luckily, methane hydrate will not replace liquid fuels that will still be needed for transportation (i.e. cars and trucks and airplanes). Still nothing on the horizon to replace oil used in transportation, given new infrastructure that would need to be built and replacing existing fleet of vehicles/trucks.
