NEWS FLASH!!!!! The company just had their registration statement go effective. This will allow 15mm shares at an avg price of $.10 hit the market. This company has a great product, but my opinion is that thier is more money to make after this dilution is done; the next round of financing is done and the invevitable reverse split. This company is going to see the price of their shares go to a at worst $.10 if the original participants don't panic. I believe that the biggest dandger is the inevitable reverse split.
