You tell ME why the polar ice caps on Mars are melting? I never said we should not be good stewards of our environment for our children. Far from it! We SHOULD research and use alternative energy. We SHOULD clean our environment and air. However, none of this discounts the fact that the polar ice caps on Mars are melting. This is a Center view. Not a Left view, which you seem to think by what you say, is Center. I mean, by your own admission, if I post something that does not conform to the view of the Left, then this is not "Center".

I've seen a lot of ridiculous cracker stories on GW - but this post by you is about as irresponsible as any I've seen! Recent evidence proves it is a natural cycle?

the only thing wrong that he said is that it is recent evidence. There has never been any valid evidence that suggests that our current climate is anything but normal cyclical variations.

I thought you said this was going to be a place for the middle? What a load of crap. As soon as someone says they represent the middle BUT then claim a position this far to the right you know their news source is Fox news - well buyer beware!

As far as i can tell, Kevin seems to piss off both the right and the left in equal amounts. He may be the one true centrist on SI.
