First time I've seen that chart z posted.

It is pretty interesting to discover that the "tax cuts" liberals have pointed to for several years now turned out to be almost all handouts (all but 82B). So, there was never "1/3 tax cuts" as they've claimed.

I always thought it was actually tax cuts.
